To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Post-project support and maintenance services are available and will be outlined in separate agreements if requested.
Clients may terminate a project with written notice. Client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration or court in accordance with applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
